Where are you based?

We’re based in Portals Nous, a little village in the South West of Mallorca, in the Municipality of Calvia. But you’re just as likely to find us in other parts of Mallorca and the UK with clients or seeking out new venues and suppliers.

Do you plan UK based weddings?

Mallorca Weddings are what we know and love, so we focus on planning here. We can definitely help you if you’re wanting to get married in the UK, and we have worked, and continue to work with lots of couples remotely.

What style of wedding do you plan?

As wedding planners, our main focus is to understand and visualise your big day. However, the thing that most of our destination wedding clients have in common is a love for the island, the natural beauty of the buildings and the relaxed atmosphere.

Do you have preferred suppliers that you work with? And do we have to use those suppliers?

We always tell our clients that we have a tried and trusted book of suppliers to lean on. During the ten years in this industry we have worked with some of the best, most brilliantly talented suppliers and venues. We always recommend the suppliers that we think are most suited to the individual and their budget. And we are always open to meeting and working with new suppliers.

How many weddings do you work on at any one time?

Each and every wedding requires a considerable amount of time and energy, so therefore we book a limited number of Full Planning Weddings per year. It’s therefore a good idea to get in touch as soon as possible, especially if you dream of a bank holiday or Saturday summer wedding.

Are you free to meet up or talk in the evenings or at weekends?

Yes, we keep our schedules flexible to fit in around your commitments. The only exception is if we have a wedding that weekend as it’s all hands on deck!

Are there any additional fees we should know about?

You’ll be provided with a bespoke quote following our initial consultation and kept updated at every stage regarding budgets. We don’t add commission for any referrals and transparency about costs is incredibly important to us.

Do you work with a fixed fee or is it a percentage?

Each quote is bespoke for that client. But 100% we are happy to work with a fixed price, and we are happy to discuss a payment plan should you prefer that too.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are subject to how long we’ll be working together and which service you choose.

For all wedding planning, there’s an initial 35% deposit to secure the date and our services. A 2nd payment is then due part the way through the planning process, with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to your wedding.
